• The total expense will be dependant on the nature, complexity, size and location of the mediation. The discounted fees for disputes involving more than two parties will be quoted at time of booking. 

• We will do some cases without fees (pro bono). We will confirm our fees/per party at time of booking.

• The fees are divided between the parties unless there is an alternate arrangement between parties or as ordered by the court. Certain fees are the sole expense of a single participant including translator, attorney etc.

• A two and one half hour (2.5) minimum charge is required for all mediations.  

NOTICE of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled mediation conference must be received three (3) full business days  prior to the scheduled commencement of the mediation conference, otherwise a two (2.5) hour cancellation fee will be split between all parties. Any costs incurred by the mediator must be reimbursed.
